The business had been established for 5 years, delivering products across the UK for a variety of clients. They were generating over Ā£4m in annual sales but it was an all consuming business for the owner. We then also began creating a data room in which potential buyers could easily see the financial, operational and marketing performance of the business through reporting and KPIā€™s. We then began to discuss the potential sale of the business with interested parties and executed on the sale within 6 months with the selected buyer.
